We are pleased to announce our next on-site Linux introduction training session, in cooperation with the Vlaams Supercomputer Centrum (VSC).

This on-site training session is a hands-on introductory course focusing on young and/or early stage researchers (Doctoral students, Master thesis students) with practical sessions on using Linux command line. The objective is to acquire the basic knowledge required to work in HPC environments, and to get comfortable working on the command line. The training is organized in cooperation with the Vlaams Supercomputer Centrum (VSC).

Practical Information#
Participants must bring their own laptop.
Sandwiches will be provided at lunchtime.
No prior Linux or HPC experience required.
For practical reasons, the Hydra cluster will be used throughout the course.
